Very true. I have a portable wrist pneumatic cuff which is fairly accurate when comparing it to readings at my doctor's office.I don't know of any wearable that does blood pressure. That measurement requires a pneumatic cuff to read the pressure.
Just for your interest in the subject:Someone did mention (not online) the other day that there are BP devices that you can wear on your wrist that do not require an inflatable cuff.
