I am getting the following message when I open up Facebook on Firefox (118.0.2), did a google search, but nothing found that makes sense to me. Restarted Firefox, just about to restart the mac

I have found currently cannot open FB messenger

Re=start and no change, so tried safari, every time my mouse hovered over the messenger icon, the box would appear, click OK, it goes then come back.
My thoughts are either:
1) Something in the Mac system is at fault.
2) FaceBook has an error

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a FB error, I get it too. They must have pushed a change. They'll fix it shortly. Not a problem with your Mac. Don't waste your time trying to debug it.
