Thanks. Yes I tried that and it did not work. I am not sure when it started. I had to do a factory default reset a week or two ago due to my iPhone having some corrupted data that the phone kept when iTunes crashed over the years. After I did the factory default reset and loaded all my apps and such MANUALLY I got back more than 4GB's of space. Anyways that is another story. I called Sprint 3 times and each time they say its an Apple issue, but over the years Sprint has always denied responsibility and are incredibly ignorant. I remember more than 2 years ago when I owned a BlackBerry Curve and I had a major bug where my Visual Voicemail would crash and I had to reboot the phone. Each time they denied it and they even directed me a BB tech support rep whom told me it was a Sprint problem. FINALLY after a few months Sprint released a patch that fixed the problem, but this after months of denial and blaming others. FaceTime over 3G used to work when I was in Greenville, SC up to April 2013. I have not really used it as much since moving to Colorado, but the other day ago I needed it, so its possible the problem may have occurred since April of last year but I did not notice.
