Use BootCamp to cancel if it has not already and start again.

As Harry has advised, cancel out of Boot Camp and then do a First Aid check on your hard drive with Disk Utility. Something is not right if it's taking 9 hours to setup a partition for Boot Camp. Sounds like hard drive problems.

As chscag advises anything taking this long is a problem. Before installing software or doing partitions, always run Very from First Aid. If you do not have a bootable cloned backup, use Recovery to access Disk First Aid.
