[QUOTE="guitargeek, post: 1778135, member: 397018"] Evening Macforumland, Currently I am running High Sierra 10.13.1 on a late 2009 iMac. 2.66 corei5 and 4Gb RAM. Garageband is at 10.2.0 When using a new pair of bluetooth AKG's with Garageband I experience massive latency (well at least half a second) when using the app as a practice tool. Electric guitar plugged directly into the line input. The resulting output to the bluetooth headphones gives the effect of a slap-back delay rendering monitoring useless and impossible to use. Just occasionally I experience the same with wired headphones, but this is cured by quitting and relaunching Garageband. Apple support suggested resetting the NVRAM but this had no effect and I have tried a couple of the internet fixes without any success. What's the issue and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance.
