Installed IOS 8.0 on my iPad Air. Had quite a bit of trouble and I have one remaining problem that I have not been able to fix.
I have a number of downloaded movies that I was able to play, with no problem through the Apple TV with the prior iPad OS version 7.
Each movie had a little icon on the bottom right of the screen where I could select the movie output to be on the iPad or my Apple TV unit. That little icon is missing AFTER I upgraded to 8.0.
I did a complete re-boot of the Apple TV after spending quite a bit of time trying to get the iPad to "recognize" the unit. No luck there.
I suspect there's some setting that I'm missing.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
