address book help

I was weeding through my address book and I see an errant email address that I would like to delete....

I opened up a new message and clicked on the icon "address" and tried to delete the errant name and I hear a gong. With mail open I click on previous recipients but I don't see the email address listed.


Just like the movie: "he's not gone, he's never gone"

help/ideas/thoughts?

It sounds like you're trying to edit your address book from within Mail. Not going to work.

Open Address Book and edit/delete addresses from there.
