Hello All -

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1 TB, running 15.3.1.

Lately, when I'm outside my own wifi system (at home and office), my phone's "reception" is very poor. Pages don't load, websites can't be reached, etc. I'm wondering if this is a hardware issue? I have no clue as to what to do about it. I've done a few restarts - nothing changes.

I assume that in the past, it worked fine? What I would do first is reset the network settings in your iPhone's Settings. This will force you to re-enter wifi passwords and other network-related credentials. Read more here:

oh sometimes, i have problem with the wifi connection on Ip7 but just turn off wifi, switch off the phone then reconnect and it's ok
