I just oredered an iBook G3/900 with a combo drive and 256mb or RAM, it looks like it comes with OSX 10.3 I was wondering that little amount of RAM how well will it run. I mainly bought it to do low key stuff like typing and surfing the web. I have my desktop for everything else.

It'll be a tad slow - with 640MB pf RAM (maxed out) it'll work significantly better. However it'll be very useable.

i have an iBook G4 1.2Ghz with 512mb. it runs nice. you can get a 256 mb or even a 512mb stick of ram for really cheap. that would increase you iBooks performance.
