are these numbers normal [picture attached]?

they seem really excessive to me. even without omnioutliner (note taking program).

hmm, i guess it just seems wierd to me that i'm using a 15gb paging file. thats a lotta HD space i can't use.

And it seems a bit laggy sometimes... i think i mght have to upgrade to 2gb.

Macs can lag because of cache files and temp folders getting too bloated. Download a program called Onyx, it lets you effectively clear out all your cache files in one stroke of a button. Also has scheduling options, which is great since it'll keep your Mac running like new all the time :black:
