Close your System Preferences then go to:

    User/Library/Caches

and look for a file named "com.apple.preferencepanes.cache".
Delete this file then restart your System Preferences.

Ok you can try this it might work but im not responsible if you have to redo some of your settings open a finder window and go to Users>yourusername>libary>preferences find com.apple.systempreferences.plist and delete it. then relaunch the finder. then log off then back on and it should work good luck. you can back up that file some where else if you dont feel safe deleteing it cause after you delete it it will create a new one.

i got a chuckle out of this. if you look at the first screen shot, at the bottom there is a sentence that tells how to take a screen shot.

    thought it was kinda funny
