off screen system font utilization

I am attempting to utilize one or more chinese fonts loaded with OSX but am not able to collect (copy) nor imbed in pdf files due to licensing restrictions. Is there a workaround for this? Does anyone know of a good source for simple chinese fonts? I've looked at DOZENS of sites and am finding nothing usable.

Can you show the error you're getting? I've never heard of a font causing a license restriction.
