Setting my time zone?

I just registered on this forum yesterday for the first time, and can't find where to set my time zone. Is there a place in the user Control Panel where I can set it?

Yes it is in the User Control Panel. Going down the links on the left side of the User Control Panel click the link that says "Edit Options". A new page appears. Time Zone options are at the very bottom of that page just above and right of the Save button.

Don't feel bad about missing that. I had to poke around for a few minutes to figure out where I had seen it.
