I have a new MBA that I am gradually getting up and running. So far so good. I have run into an issue involving iTunes and my iPhone apps. I have purchased many apps for my iphone over the years. Some I have installed on my iPhone now - not all. In the past before my new MBA I used iTunes on a windows machine. When I connected my iphone i could display a split screen with all my purchased apps on the left and with a graphic depiction of my iphone with the apps installed on the right side of the screen. I could choose which apps to sync with my phone by placing check marks next the apps on the left side. I could move apps around etc.
Now i am using my mba. I have itunes intstalled and I was able to bring over my music library from my window machine using an external hard disc. But my music is not appearing in the split screen when I have my phone attached and the apps i have purchased are not appearing in itunes when I connect my iphone.
Does any one have any idea what I need to do or what I might be doing wrong? Did I miss some sort of an import step or something?
