Apple Mail - Suggestions

Hello Members,

I moved to Apple platform in Dec-2010 and having issues in Apple Mail, given below;

How to format the text including using the format brush tool which I was using extensively in the Outlook.
Using bullet tools (numbers and symbols) which is available in the outlook.

Will appreciate your help.

How to format the text including using the format brush tool which I was using extensively in the Outlook.

I have no idea what a format brush is, but here's how you set your composed messages to be in Rich text format, which allows for things like colors, bold, italic etc.

Using bullet tools (numbers and symbols) which is available in the outlook.

Once a message has been set to Rich Text (which you can also do on a case-by-case basis under the Format menu), then "Lists" under the Format menu will be available, which has options for bulleted lists or numbered lists.
