outlook-like synchronization on a mac

I just bought all of my macs in one fail swoop. None of them are here yet. I use mac software occassionally on campus so I am familiar with them. But I am looking for softare to link all of my e-mail together. So where when I read a message on my iBook is appears as read on my iMac and my Blackberry 7100t. I know this is possible on outlook live with hotmail in pc world. Is there anything for mac?? At least if there is something with the iBook and the iMac that would do this, that would at least start me in the right direction. Thanks,

.mac I belive does all of that, plus enables you to access all of your favorite etc on any other computer. I'm not sure of the details though, as I do not have a .mac account yet.

Any mail server that supports IMAP should do this. .Mac supports IMAP, and so does just about everyone else these days.
