Entourage Error -17099

I am trying to use Entourage 2008 iMAC and create a Group Email. Every time I hit send and it tries to send via my isp, I get an error message of -17099,need RCPT TO:<name@domain>

I cannot find any kind of assistance on what to correct. Help??
