(Sorry for the PC jargon, but it's a longtime habit.)
I just installed my Canon MP620 printer that I bought along with my iMac last week at the Apple store. Everything is hooked up correctly and the printer works fine.
Now I have an icon on the upper right side of my desktop, underneath the "Macintosh HD" icon, which reads, "MP620 series On-screeb Manual". When I click on it, it does indeed show the manual on-screen.
I don't want to have this icon on my desktop, but I still want to be able to call it up when I need it. I don't know how to hide it other than putting it in the trash can.
Any ideas?
Sam
