I'm helping a friend of mine with her new Powerbook G4 and OS x system. She imported (networked to an old IMac on OS 9) her adress book onto her new desktop but I'm not sure how to get the information into her address book from the file on her desktop or why it didn't default right into her address book int he first place. The file on her desktop is called "Export" something. Anyone have any suggestions?

also. Is there a way to default the printer preferences to only print "Black Ink" without switching it manually everytime she goes to print? (printing to Epson 1280)
