Old Versions

There are now updated, higher specification MacBooks as Apple's basic laptops. They are advertised at the same price (in the UK) as the old versions, Where are all the old MacBooks? I am part of a voluntary organisation with little funding and would be interested to know if the now outdated MacBooks are available somewhere.

Check the refurb and clearance section. Also, if you go into an Apple store, I think they call them "End of the line".

I have been using one for the past 18 months with no problem. :)

Thats about how long I had mine, Until I sold it.... And bought a MBP :D

But yeah, I don't hear about people really getting rid of the MacBooks alot.

I love my mb. i did upgrade it to 4gb of ram but i do push it music production wise otherwise it delivers 100%

Maybe look for some iBooks, I know they arent even close to the same but it might work out for you.
