There's a new firmware update for MB and MBP, fixing the "first key press bug"!
Software Update says, " This MacBook and MacBook Pro firmware update addresses an issue where the first key press may be ignored if the computer has been sitting idle. It also addresses some other issues."

yea?...is this a new firmware update or the same one that happend like a month ago?

Ever since I loaded this on my 17 inch MBP I have HAD keyboard issues. Mostly in firefox. If I select a block of text to delete it, when I click delete, it goes back a page. If I try to select a block of text, then type something to replace the selected text, nothing happens. It is really odd.

it has to be a newer firmware upgrade because I got my MBP at the beginning of feb and it was doing it then, I havent really noticed in the past week though.

i still have never seen this problem...
