13 inch Macbook Pro Retina, 2.7ghz, 128gb SSD
I've get a netgear router on my network which has a built in firewall; does this mean I do not need my mac os x firewall turned on?

Can i have two firewalls on, one on my netgear router and one on my mac, would that be ok?

Yes you can have both, it is just double protection.
