What happened to MacSpeech Dictate?

Has anyone receive a copy of MacSpeech Dictate yet? They were touting at MacWorld Expo that it would ship by Feb. 15. I ordered my crossgrade, and they still haven't shipped mine yet. Has anyone received it yet? I sent them an email, which they did reply to very quickly, but were very noncommittal to any ship dates. I wonder if they are just stalling?

I have MacSpeech Dictate. My local council gave it to me for free because I am dyslexic. I am actually using it now it's impressive.
