Hi guys,

I bought a macbook pro this weekend after using a compac laptop for a few years. When I first set up my macbook, it connected to our families d-link wireless router fine, my internet worked and everything. When I turned my old PC laptop on next to my mac, the internet went down on the mac. Now my internet only works on the PC. However, if my mac was turned on before the PC, the internet on both the PC and the mac do not work.

Airport says its connected to the internet, but Safari says I am not. I've tried all of the network diagnostics on the mac and I cant figure this out! I thought maybe it had something to do with conflicting IP addresses but I wouldn't know how to fix that.

HELP!!

Log into the wireless router and drop the fragmentation threshold and the frame threshold to 2306. Then all will work as it should.
