Here's two shots from the Strobist meet up the DC/Bal/NOVA group had at one of the member's horse farm today (3/2).
I really like this one. There's a tiny bit of reflection in her glasses over her eyes and it's noticeable on her right eye. That's a bit annoying, but I like the photo other than that. It was shot with a Vivitar 285HV and Canon 580EX II to the left behind a big white sheet that was clamped to the overhang's frame. Another Vivitar 285HV was clamped inside the barn and shooting through the window camera right. A reflector was held up under Kate's face to the right to help with the shadows.

This one was of Noelle. Another member came up with the idea for the shot. There's a Vivitar 285HV to the left firing bar onto the barn door and a Vivitar 283 with a shoot through umbrella as the main light for the model.
