I am new to Apple so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.
I have an iBook G3 (600 MHz) with Mac OS 10.3.9 installed.
When I got it, it had a dead battery. So I got another battery. Andi it worked fine when I used it first time.
But when I tried to recharge it, the color is always orange.
Is this normal?
Now I turned the computer on and right now I am working with the battery. It says that I have 3 hours.
But when I turn Airport on, it becomes 6 minutes!
What is wrong?

Welcome the Forum!
This may work, or not, but even though it is sort of scary looking, it is harmless. Restart, hold down these four keys immediately after hearing the chime:
Apple Option O F
As in "Open Firmware"
You will be rewarded with a unixy-looking screen, type in:
reset-nvram
Hit the Enter key
type in:
reset-all
Hit the Enter key
Lots of other good info here:

Best of luck!

iBook G3, 500MHz, CD-ROM, 12"
It says 6 minutes, but how long does it really last?
