Can't deleted files on my desktop!

Sorry can't put the window so... it is written in the window:
The items «...» is being used by another task right now.
(Other task include moving, copying, or emptying the trash)
Try again when the other task is complete.

It's been 2 days, so the »task» suppose to be done...no?

Somebody have a clue!

Have you tried restarting the computer?

If that does not work you can go into terminal type in

rm

hit a space after rm and drag the file into the terminal window then hit enter

Go to applications -> utilities and open up the program terminal
When the text is done loading (doesn't take long at all) type in

"rm "
without the quotation marks....drag in one of the files and you will see the address of the file next to rm. Hit enter and that should get rid of it for you

You forgot to enter a space before you dropped the file name.
