How does one change the view of folders and documents in Finder so that the folders are at the top of list view and then the documents follow after all the folders alphabetically? (Like the default in Windows)

If you go to View -> List
Click on the kind bar at the top to sort by kind and this will sort it by document type in alphabetical order
