new iphone problems =/

i just got my iphone..unlocked it, jailbreak, everything...but how do i sync the songs from my library to it?

Black Macbook C2D 2GHz 3GB RAM 250GB HD iPhone 4 iPad 3G
Plug it into iTunes and then either sync checked songs/playlists or manually manage the music.

yea i do that...but it doesnt sync the songs...or when i uncheck sync it doesnt let me drag and drop either =/
