Hello Peoples... I'm new around here so forgive me if this is a repeat post... but I was wondering if any of you knew where I could get my hands on a antenna range booster... if such a thing exists.

Perhaps akin to the old Cell Phone RF signal booster stickers of old that went under the battery.

My iPod is wonderful... and I can get a fair of amount of range given LoS... but its still under about 5dBi... maybe less...

Any ideas?

Just so you know, those cell phone signal boosters were just a gimmick and didn't really work.

Unfortunately, the only way you'll get a better Wi-Fi signal is if the antenna power is boosted on the router itself.

Well the dishes and cantennas actually work because they project a signal. It's the stuff that captures signals that doesn't work as well.
