I will receive my MacBook next week. What would be the best way to transfer my music purchased through iTunes? I've heard the best to do it is to load them up on your iPod and import them when you register the iPod on the new machine. Does that sound correct?

I would just use a flash drive. Their cheap and all you'll have to do is authenticate the music in iTunes on your mac
