tips for switchers who want to customize OSX

Two cool free programs I discovered watching chris pirillos web show were tinkertool and mainmenu. I don't want to seem like i'm adverstising for these or for chris pirillo, I just want to let people know that as a switcher myself I found these utilities very useful and wanted to share them with the community that helped me a lot. let me know what you think, and if you know of any other apps like these! :)

You can also change folder icon colors in Finder using FolderTeint. I'm using it, I couldn't stand the lite blue icons, grey is the only way to go!
