Application to organize Usernames and Passwords?

i'm looking for a program that will keep record of all my usernames and passwords.. ive always used word doc but have so many now would like a way to organize them a bit more efficiently .. anyone know of one?

for windows, we use "keypass" at my company.

none of those seem real compatibile w/ both platforms mac and windows..

last question do you all know of one compatible w/ both, b/c i use mac at work and pc at home and would like to just transport them back and forth instead of re entering everytime
