iPod touch crashing

Hi,Im new here. I have had the ipod touch for about a month and notice it has crashed a few times. Areas the crash has happen is in the safari,youtube channel,and going though album art. Now is this normal for this to happen. I have reset the device,and it is not jailbroken. The main thing that crashes it is going though album art. And it doesnt do it all the time just every once in a while. Should I get it exchanged. Thanks for all your help.

Take it back to the Apple store and tell them about it. If I were you, I'd ask for a new one.

things shouldn't crash ever.

yea,i know that. But Ive heard other people are having problems too. So I dident know if mine has to be replaced. Thanks alot.
