i can launch roms on mupen64, but i have one problem, the window is extremely small!! there is no fullscreen option, so how can i enlarge the window??

I think it remains stuck there because the app wont let you enlarge if you haven't donated. Not a function of the operating system, sorry mate.
sixtyforce is also free and now supports full screen, very similar to Mupen64. I've played through the entire OoT game on it.

you played through the entire ocarina of time without saving?? or did you pay $16 to be able to save in sixtyforce??
