I had a long chat with an Apple tech online about Front Row. I like using it a lot but hate how it disables my computer monitor when I use my HDTV as a main monitor when watching movies and listening to music.
The Apple tech said the reason the second monitor goes black is because Front Row uses OpenGL. I don't know what that is but he/she said I could avoid this by buying a second video card.
I did that. I've got two 7300 GT's in my Pro and I have my HDTV as my main monitor hooked up to the 7300 GT in the first PCIe slot and I have my monitor hooked up to the 7300 GT in the second PCIe slot. Loaded Front Row and the second monitor goes black.
What gives?
