After having many problems with the upgrade option I have gone with the erase/install option. Everything loads up fine no problem. When I shut down the computer and loaded back up it locks on the blue screen.

Now I've read a load of webpages about this problem but they relate to the upgrade option and deleting 3rd party software. I've not come across any reasoning behind the blue screen once an erase/install has been done.

I've erased/installed 3 times now and nothing seems to work. I attempted to archive and install but near the end of installation it says it isnt possible.

Can anyone help me on the matter as to what maybe the cause of it not working?
