What I'm sure is a silly question...

I am playing WoW in full screen mode and greatly enjoying it. Mainly enjoying being able to play some kind of MMO in OS X. The game runs full screen. How to I pop back to OS X to check mail or something without having to quit the game.

you could try it in windowed mode...
