PowerBook G4 Battery Indicator Always Green

Macbook Air 11" (2012), Macbook Pro 15" (Early 2008), Mac Mini i5 (2012)
It started doing this a few days ago, the battery charges and holds the charge properly, but the little green ring on the power supply stays green, doesn't change to orange when charging.

I've tried:
Resetting PMU
Resetting NVRAM

Still the same

Anything to be concerned about?
