I am running windows in paralles, I get a screen that says Paralles has an update; I run it. Then it ask if I want to insall it, I said yes. Now the little colored wheel has been spining for about an hour and I think its stuck. In the PC I would hit Ctl+Alt+Del and it would stop the program. What do I do on the MacPro?
Thanks
Al

Cmd+Alt+Esc, then select parallels and select "Force Quit".

You can also right click on the dock icon, a menu will appear.. then press ALT, the "Quit" item will turn into "Force Quit"... select "Force Quit".
