I have a file which I am almost done in indesign cs3. I need to send it to another computer to finish it. I know that Indesign links my images, so how to I send the project to my other computer without breaking the links Also can CS2 read CS3 documents?

To have cs2 read your file you need to make it an indesign interchange file. Go to File > Export, then choose InDesign Interchange.

So the links dont break you need to preflight your document, what that will do is make a folder and put all the links and fonts so nothing gets lost. To do that go to File > Preflght, then follow the directions and you will be done.

Well said.

Just remember, if it is not an Adobe supplied font, you must delete it off the CS2 computer after you've used it.
