Light patch on screen

I just cleaned my screen with a window cleaner and a magnetic dust cloth, & now there is a large patch in the bottom corner on the screen where the light is brighter as if there were a sticker on the screen except for here. What is it and how do I fix it?

I know people have said the keyboard causes this spotty marks on the screen. Not sure if this is what you have but if it is then you cant fix it.

and i'm assuming of course that if you used any moisture on the screen that you had the macbook completely powered down when you did this, right?

no it was on, but i seems the patch is getting smaller.
a magnetic cloth picks up dust off a surface with out using any fluid.

so it's not actually magnetic then? ;P

not metal magnetic but dust megnetic

well, unless there's some sort of static charge to it, it shouldn't have been the cloth. how wet did you get the screen? did you press very hard?

When you say you used window cleaner you meant a LCD screen cleaner, right? If you used any old household window cleaner you may have ruined your screen, especially if it contained amonia(i.e. windex).
