My first thought when i saw that yesterday was "dont we already have boats?"

Then today i saw it again and i actually think its quite interesting. Imagine underwater driving.

Next up: A submarine that can be driven on land. It churns through water at 45 mph, but can travel only 1.8 mph on land. Not that anyone will complain; it's got nukes.

That's interesting, but having the open top ruins it. Speed is slow too. Until they make them entirely backwards compatible I'll pass.
