Hi Mac Geniuses,
I've just recently purchased an used iBook from someone, it has all his documents and passwords and usernames in the iBook. He suggested me to do a clean install on the iBook. The only softwares/programs he provided came from iMac. He said it should be the same as iBook's system restore cds. Is this true? Did i get ripped? Also, if the iMac restore cds work on my iBook, how do I do a clean install?[yes im a mac noob]. If I'm unable to run the iMac's CDs, I'm planning on purchasing the original iBook software bundle from another person.
I know this is a long paragraph and hard to understand...I just dont know how to explain it. I only had my iBook for 2 days.
THANKS GUYS/GALS!!!!!
