Hi!
At school, I tried making .pdf files out of Quark files that I worked on so I could rapidly print to show them for an evaluation from my teacher in class.
The problem is this: if I print from Quark, all the images look fine (images causing problems are CMYK .tif files, with white background, btw) but if I print from my .pdf files, the white background comes out as slightly grey, like if the levels in Photoshop weren't correct and set too dark. Same printer is used here.
I'm sure this is a setting in Acrobat Distiller that I have not set properly. Can anyone shed some light?
Edited to add:
Quark version is Quark 7.31 and Adobe Acrobat Distiller is 7.0.7.
