How do I burn an iso image

ibook 700MH, Mac mini 1.66GH core duo, iPod 5G 60Gig
I downloaded a free version of linux I plan to run using virtual PC, how do I go about burning the iso? Thanks in advance.

If you don't have Toast, try the Disk Utility...if I remember well, it can burn ISO-images.
