Hi there.

I got a problem with my MacBook. It doesn't start up.

The only way to get it running is bij pressing command - option - p - r
combination while starting (PRAM reset)

who knows how to fix this?... or to find what the problem could be..

Hi, welcome to the forums.

Could you give a little more information? Does it simply not start up at all? Does it give you the folder with the question mark in the middle? Do you just do the PRAM reset once? Let us know, there are probably many who have had the same problem.

Peace,
Trent

It took a while.. but here is some more information:

it simply doesn't start up at all. Looks like the on/off button isn't working
at all.

that's all I got... nothing is shown..
