Questions on bootcamp and vista

I am a brand new mac owner, i installed vista 32 bit using boot camp on my mbp 2.2. I have a few questions.

1. When i am using vista i am unable to connect to the internet via the built in wireless card on my mac. It doesn't find the wifi in my house. Do i have to download any drivers or am i missing something else?

2. Is there a way to switch between the two os's without restarting the laptop?

You have to pop in your Leopard restore DVD and install the Boot Camp drivers.

The only way to quickly switch between two operating systems is to virtualize Windows using programs like Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion.
