Need help in choosing extra RAM

I have a MacBook (which I bought last December) and want to add 2 more gigs of RAM. I'm planning on buying the Apple brand since I figured it would be a safe bet. Are there any ways of differentiating quality among the various brands? I didn't know if it really mattered who you got the memory from, I figured it would all be the same.
