Architecture Applications?

I am in need of an architecture application that is capable of constructing 3-D buildings. For I am doing rough sketch ups of a building that I am soon hiring people to remodel. I have already used Google's Sketch Up, but do not understand the user interface to well. I would appreciate either an low cost program or even a free one. I thank all that respond.

Have a look at the Architosh website: they specialize in all things 3D, CAD programs for the Mac. The site posts news, reviews and articles. You might find some great info there.
